Ive noticed a bit of a pattern lately. lindsay wood the judge.i quote "the offece you commited was a shamefull one and knew the how offensive the act would have been"7 she was from saudi arabia she has quit her studies and is now afraid toleave the house.dont f*****g stop her leaving the country though does it?i see compensation claim here. What a disgusting reply I make no appologies for my opinion, this practice has been going on for centuries in various cultures,and as we already know in this country various cultures get away with almost anything this includes rape,honour killings ,rioting and beating children with sticks and this along with the burka is just anoter way that they oppress thier females,you only have to ask someone who lives in thier neibourhood and the only way to stop it would be to make it illegal to cut open in this country, then even britain would score as once cut open these women become baby machines to get as much benifit from our already cash strapped nation. I do agree however that once in this country they should not be allowed to get away with any socialy unaceptable act just because it is part of thier culture when people of our own country would get jailed for such a thing,If they want to follow these barbaric rituals then they should do so in the country in which it is acceptable and they should stay there....NOT IN BRITAIN... Tiny babies being mutilated - without anaesthetic by the way - is not a subject for "humour". If some stupid woman wants to announce her allegiance to a venomously misogynistic "religion" by wearing their crazy robes, let her do it. All she proves is her own lack of courage. But to do what they do to children is a crime against humanity. I say again that from 500 to 2000 girl children face this every year. But what I am doing is making sure that I raise my children to be respectful of other people. To speak out against bullying, and to never make light of, or accept, acts of suffering or cruelty. To treat everyone as they find them and not judge them on colour or religion.
