lets say in any village parish or county in ireland wales scotland england,lets say for argument sake that if 10 of the most experienced terrier men passed right now within your county would that set back correct terrierwork knowledge a fare few yrs.or is their enough proper young interested lads about to learn. think im getting cabin fever due to the bad weather.

WE just had all our dogs stolen last night, 3 hounds(Black and brown), 2 lurchers(one black broken coated bitch and one tan dog with one black ear), and 5 jack russells.(pups 3 smooth coat mainly white with black and tan patch and male dog white with brown spots and bitch mainly white with a black ear and brown spot). if anyone has any information please let us know.

After a somewhat lengthy Hiatus and myself wondering if I should once again contribute to any of the particular posts, I must admit I was somewhat apprehensive in doing so. i just want to know how much dose it efect them when working because i have a paterdale x lakland x baorder terrier she has a undershock jaw. her mum and dad wher petty good woekers but i only use her for ratting and ferrting. shes a grate we dog hers a pic of her shes keen to go to ground as me and a couple of mates went ferreting for a couple of hours and as we stuck the ferret in we herd thumping and she got al exited and there was one pretty bit rabbit whole and and she went dwn and bk out but never been digging in my life so just want know if it is a big efect when working or what.

had a mooch with terriers this morning and chect an old earth ive forgot allabout .it has been holding cos it had been well pulld out and the wer carkeses all over .just neer the entrance the wer a pike scull and spine how unusual is that has anyone ever comeacross owt like that .

i have done search's on here and can't find any thing on the type of terrier i've been thinking about. the job's that it would be required to do is be a sounder/bayer/bolter on foxes and rabbits. the reason behind the idea is because some spots i have found are very inaccesable for digging and all i'm after is a dog that has minamal trouble in and out of hole so no digging required. the dog is only going to be used for bolting for my running dog pup i know i'll get told to get a ferret (i have one)or just cop flack becouse it's not conventional but any way any idea's would be much a
