    Few weeks back me and my son who is 13 went on a 2 day military themed excursion . It was run by a local ex forces guy who runs a gym locally . It was without doubt one of the best things I have done with my son . Its called "[BANNED TEXT] of passage" and works along the lines of giving you and your kid focused time together away from gadgets etc We were the first group who have done this and as this is wales it decided to piss down all day . The original idea was camping in woodland but because of the severe rain we had our base camp in the local gym which is a large tin building .

    He's also on a podcast with lex friedman I'm slowly working my way through . I find lex fridmqn podcasts quite heavy and hard to get through while I'm in work

    Paul Rosalie on the Joe rogan podcast recently was superb . The guy moved to the amazon rainforest at 16/17 and his stories of what it's like in there are amazing

    Lived in a house all my life but as I'm getting on and getting older I'd love to buy some woodland and build a cabin in there to live. I've had a look online at the rules etc and it seems almost impossible. You can have a cabin. If its only used occasionally (up to 28 days) a year . I know theirs no real way of them checking but I'm wondering if anybody knows anybody who has moved into a cabin or has any knowledge on it

    Theirs a boar that was seen in pen Arthur qoods near llangadog recently . It got caught in the end and another one has been seen close by since

    I'm not sure , just seen recently online that the kid has denied what his mother has said . I'm not saying theirs nothing In it ,just seen the two conflicting reports

    All depends in what the truth is . Apparently the mother who went to the sun with the story has had it denied by the boy himself.

    You can imagine piers morgan wringing his hands with glee when he was told rosanne Barr was going to be on his show . He knows he's set for soundbites and clicks galore for a while now . She's entitled to her opinion as much as the next and maybe some of the stuff she says hold merit but you know morgan wanted her on so she could say something controversial and boost his ratings

    It would be great if it was all exposed and people were swiftly punished but can't help but imagine those top of the table people will all remain safe . They all seem to in the end . Their will be a sacrifice like epstein but they will be quickly replaced . These people seen just to powerfull. I live in a small welsh town but even I know their is something dodgy about the Clinton's. I will be honest and say I don't know the full ins and outs but I know she has been proven to be a massive liar and they seem to run a sort of criminal empire of fraud and anything else they can to get money

    Was thinking more along the lines of you'd imagine young adults doing stupid stuff infront of the camera not people of his age I agree on the money and fame thing , maybe its the power and money corrupts them even more
