  1. But it hasn't stopped though, the RIRA still carry on like its business as usual........ The ira of old are long gone, an the ruc are still patrolling, works both ways.
  2. Tony Blair the man who lied about WMDS in Iraq, and your quoting him............. Would you shake the hand of a man who let out murderers from prisons And the IRA were cowardly, or were the bombings carried out in areas with children legitimate targets since they were "Brits"?! Omagh was legitimate was it? And most English lads have moved on, but it's hard to do when Irish lads always bring up the troubles like it was some sort of trophy with bragging rights! Truth be told if the UK had wanted to deal with it they would of been able to very quickly seeing as the organisati
  3. your not suppose to feel sore after this workout. Your not working out you muscle like a volume routine, your working your nervous system. But your suppose to feel it once the load gets heavy.Interesting rob, working the nervous system, any more info palstength isnt directly proportional to muscle mass as you will know from experience. Some little guy in the gym will be stronger at some lifts than a bigger fella. This is down to his nervous system being more efficient at recruiting his muscle for that lift. To train this you have to repeat heavy lifts as often as you can, as fresh as you can w

  12. Would love to have a good rake about and see what the Smithsonian do actually have hidden away,if the rumours are to be believed it would certainly turn our history/creation etc on its head. Read in another book about a 10 foot skeleton that used to be on display in the 1800s in a London train station. Wonder where that went ? Same here mate, very interesting, il be keeping an eye on these publications, I've a funny feeling that the truth will not be told. That's some size of femur bone, eh.
  13. It's interesting stuff mate, no doubt about it. I've read a fair bit about the American mound builders, seems to be plenty of genuine reports in newspapers from the 1800's, hard to fake those i would think? But only 9' so not that much bigger than us if it's true? I don't think it explains Baalbeck, and the pyramids don't have any depictions of "giants" only normal sized people, and the small towns that housed the workers who built the pyramids are built on a scale that fits normal sized people.............You can't use the pyramids to back the bible up..........we know to much about the
  14. http://worldnewsdailyreport.com/smithsonian-admits-to-destruction-of-thousands-of-giant-human-skeletons-in-early-1900s/ Here you go lads, Smithsonian in court last year, trying to cover up large skeletons found lol

  17. I don't think you're grasping how heavy 1200 tons is Mush.........."lift one end" with what?.......what could be strong enough to use as a lever? There's a lot of difference between the lintols at Stone Henge that were lifted like that, and the stones at Baalbeck.......And even if you could get a lever strong enough, how do you get enough manpower on it? I think primitive men did it, but no idea how they did it? Truther the pyramids, an baelbeck stones were all built an moved by giants, plain an simple, plenty of evidence, to back it up, Easily found on google
