Got to disagree with you there. Iv been out ratting in the chicken sheds, running rabbits and 'misc' with the lamp out foxing with terriers with one and it is one hell of a versitile breed. This particular bitch gets stuck right and certainly isnt afraid of the sharp end of things. Good on rabbits just lacks a bit of speed but still gets them

I strip mine short in the summer otherwise she sits about panting like f**k all day long but let it grow wild in the winter, shes got one hell of a thick coat and not once did i see her shiver one the coldest of mornings out last season -
