  1. To be honest I find in this line the bitches are a lot better in cover and rating or marking than the dogs usually just want to fly in constantly the. Blue and bitch is on her first season now bolted a pair from very large bail stack the weekend as they are hard to find and push from ther done very well for a pup and marks rats in hard to get to spots and for a pup Rare a false mark as such so far .
  2. You need a bit of Beddy blood for the fire in em lol atb
  3. Hopefully not too serious injury . yeh I've always run 3/4 whippet grey types just prefer ther running style . Can be injury prone as run quite heavy as such but that's just the type I live too run. Got a 3/4 whippet Beddy pup I'm bringing on ATM she's got do or die attitude on the couple of runs she's had so far . Yeh can't beat a whippet grey type in my opinion always exciting to watch run . Atb
  4. Fair point I just prefer a up and attem style but as you say some rough ground up ther so a steadier dog will last longer true point atb
  5. She's 20 tts I think that's her now she's just started to fill out muscle wise . Cracking pup smashes cover all day a working really sensible for her age with ferrets atb
  6. Not gonna ruin Rews thread but anyone in the country who lamps a lot knows the easyiest place to bag big numbers of rabbits is in the dales no were else In England has a easier terrain to bag numbers of easy rabbits that's y people travell the country to lamp up ther . I've done it many of times . Agreed a greyhound type would probably write its self of up ther but any half decent lampdog will bag up more in the dales than anywhere else and them stone surrounded fields are like shooting fish in a barrel compared to most ares to run rabbits on the lamp
  7. 3/4 whippet 1/4 Beddy 9 months can't fault her so far
  8. Beddy whippet pup coming on really well very keen only doing ferreting with her this season 9 months marking and working with ferrets spot on
  9. Hope fully your pup will come right nothing worse than waiting on injuries . Yeh really like that old bitch on the vids looked really spot on round a warren aswell atb
  10. How was the old bitch bred mate the brindle one you used too film liked that bitch a lot very sharp in the older videos atb
  11. Cracking film great footage but don't rate the dogs running style to be honest if that dog was running on seed or hedged fields or fields with out walls I don't think it would catch a cold I think it was waiting for the rabbits to die of exhaustion before striking lol I think a straight collie would of notted em up quicker cracking filming tho that dog would bore me too death lol
