    wrapped them in foil with some soya sauce and black pepper...in the oven for 20 mins....then out and under a very hot grill until they looked nice....

    i dont think the fish was that fresh......if i do it again i will do a curry stir fry and at the last min add the chunked up fish....might try it with skinned Bass..........

    ive got a tin of apple in the cupboard and a couple of pkts of crumble.....and i noticed last week that the co-op are now selling cornish clotted cream....... weightwatchers here i come.....its either that or get my mate Mel to shove another gastric balloon up my anus

    Hot Korean sweet stir fry drizzled a home made sauce in ...made from plum/soya sauce/tom sauce/vinegar/pepper/ginger/....added fried chick bits and cooked until the sauce crackled
