Widower's food.............gravy was lush...you can mash yer chips into it.... chicken done in soya sauce pepper oil sage tyne mustard powder juice chucked into the gravy going for a little lay down now..

quite honestly...didnt rate the mango pickle....it was very similar to lime pickle....wont be trying it again the curry was totally supreme..little bit cheeky ...but i could taste all the curry ingredients...the paste certainly made one hell of a difference to the overall taste..........i will always do a paste with the curry now....

Snorkers in a Cumberland style sauce....chucked a load of single cream and pepper in the mash.....sprouts from Holland (to be fair not to bad)

had hare jugged in port and carrots and new pots (very rich)...also had it in south of france spatchcock on a bed of grape vine coals....i believe it was semi wrapped in pork fat.....it was superb that was a long time ago..
