its usually terriers/terrier crosses but i suppose any smallish dog with a good coat could do the job?a decent nose wouldn't hurt either!lol but i dont use a bushing dog(my mates do though) so i suppose somone better qualified might say im wrong!

i've just relisted it,mailed the second bidder to give them chance,no reply so relisted it... with a note to say will not post out of uk,least of all to nigeria!lol. what a waste of everyone's time etc.

just had a read through some of ebays discussion boards,seems its not that uncommon. scammers hi jacking un suspecting peoples account and buying goods via them. im so p*ssed off as i would have been more than happy with the genuine second place bid!

as the title says! really,really p*ss me off! i placed an auction for a laptop that ended today,with the winner outbidding the 2nd high bidder by a fiver.all looked well and good,seemed to be a woman from london that had bought it.....until i received an email asking to re-invoice her and add £150 quid to the final price for postage to.....(yes,you guessed it!).....nigeria!! as her cousin was working there at the british embassy etc etc. i've reported it and obviously wont be sending anything ther but it wastes my time,genuine buyers time and i've now got to go to the hassle of filing an unpa

Why is that so expensive when you can pay that for lap dog that only wieghs 10lb and cant catch a cold. Lurchers and terriers are far too cheap in my opinion. Thats how they get passed around so easily and why less people breed there own stock. Easy come easy go. People say they should be working mens prices but that same working man would think nothing of going into debt for a holiday or a new gun or whatever takes his fancy. My point is if they had paid 500quid for the dog they would think twice before getting rid. Also if you dont value a dog more than 1 or 2 hundred then maybe you

this dog does me.. 2.5 yr old bull grey x collie grey. fast and agile enough to be an excellent rabbit(big and small!)dog.keen as mustard on old charlie and doesnt have a reverse gear!!always gets hold of the right place and doesnt damage any meat on the big stuff.unfortunately,i cant take credit for training her.i had her sister,which i stupidly sold before her first season.my mate had this dog and needed to thin out his stock and knew id take this dog!

my first dog with saluki in him(he's only a yr so not tested him yet but he's looking promising)and i have to say,i think he's going to be all the dog i need!he's faster than my 2.5 yr old collie,grey x bull grey already.he's saluki,grey x bull,grey.bring on the season!lol

yea but if i went on me own with no other dog shes fine alot more relaxed on the leadwlking not a bother thanks mate its competition. she wants to beat the other dog to the game! i think only time and some age on her to teach her some patience will help. my older dog still pulls a little even now at 2.5 yrs!my younger dog doesn't though...

dont bother with any of that. just plenty of handling.scuff them if they do "nip" and push your finger against their jaw. mine do nothing more than mouth my fingers.even the jill who is hyper and wants to play constantly seems to know that my hands are above her in the order of things!when these pics were taken tonight she was playing with me,doing the "war dance" and rolling onto her back to nip me but she was that gentle that the nips wouldnt have hurt my ten month old lad.
