    Thing with plumbing is you touch something and ,something else starts leaking ,new boiler ,rads pipework, replace the lot ,new bathroom ,kitchen ,basically don't scrimp rip the lot out ! Or sell up and move !

    It does work ,sort of break the mix up with a fork, pilchards sauces ect ,then on the toast ,top with some good cheddar, back under grill
