i think 30 40 yrds is an easy shot any anyone who shoots live quarry should be able to shoot at this range comfortably as said near on everyone zero is 30 yrds my next half mill is 43 then 50 first mill dot so at 50 its not like youve holding over 4

i think sub 12 50=60 yrds max ever but 30 40yrds normal everyday shots i mean 30yrds zero

HERAY atleast someone knows what there talking aboutAndy, I never said you can't ask, but you will not be heard in a Crown, simple, because the case is a minor offence, sentences of a serious nature carrying a penalty of more than 12months in jail go to crown, your cocky nature should go down well with the jury or judge or wherever you end up, remember 1 piece of advice and that's the best liar always wins in court and there is no such thing as "british justice", WMPerhaps if you read the thread tidy instead of trying to out "gangsta" each other you'd realise he's not up in court.

Mate, you're dreaming if you think the sentence is no different in "Crown",it takes nearly 12 months to get to Crown court and is a long process involving many appearances in "Mags" to extend bail and conditions, if found guilty after wasting all that time and money they will give you the maximum allowed on the statute books, I have read your posts and if these are the limits of your replies when or if it goes to court you defo need a good solicitor, your case is not serious enough to be heard in Crown and will be heard in a Mags court although in my experience there would be no case to answer

elect to be tried by jury next time yer up.they wont go ahead..then claim for damages. I would guess that its a summary offence rather than "either way" or "indictable" so that's not an option..... you can go for jury for any criminal offence.they dont like you running the bill up.lol Might be different in Ireland but in England you only get the choice of a jury trial if you are charged with an "either way" offence such as ABH, Indictable offences are only dealt with at crown such as GBH, Summary offences are only dealt with at magistrates such as driving offences or petty crime
