It's happened to me twice. I couldn't work out why CPS will let a case go to court with no evidence pack. But they seem to. no doing well gaz caught twice in the couple of years youve been hunting lol just ring a good firm up round your way mate n get legal aid or get it paid for thats probly why it was allowed to be adjourned till then

no evidence crnt belive the cps went forward with it wasting more tax payers money but its the police officer that goes up and takes it to the cps in the station so maybe its one of his pals or summat theyve probly adjurned to give them time to try n get some your next appearance at court itll get dismissed pal if they carn provide any more evidence

right ive just rang my soliciters and the police CANNOT I REPEAT CANNOT PUT EVIDENCE TO YOU THAT THEY HAVE NOT GOT AND THATS STRAIGHT OUT OF THE MOUTH OF MY SOLICITER

they carnt lie and say theyve got dna or finerprints in interview if they havnt the can say they have witnesses or other bullshit and if this is ever brough before a court it will get kicked out thats why im talking about soliciters aswell theres certain things they carnt lie about trust me ive bin in more interviews and jails in this country than i care to remember ye they are lieing cnuts and i hate the fcukers n theyll try anything to get a confession but certain things they carnt do in interview

Then when I said right I'm going they threatened to arrest me and keep us in for the night at another station miles away. Then they lied about having video evidence. Then they lied about having witnesses.
