    no pish mate, facts. there available if you look rather than believe what the politicians tell you. landlords jumped on the rent rebate band wagon, guaranteed payments, milked it for all it was worth, increased rents every year and reaped the benefits, whole portfolios built up on the back of housing benefit. then when the rules change, all their tenants become scrounger and druggies overnight, wages kept artificially low by the use of tax credits etc, the tax payer paying the tax payer, the employers love it the grey vote purchased by a back hander called the winter fuel allowance

    no its simply because the benefit bollocks is made to fit all scenario's and used as a smokescreen, my honest opinion, all benefit should be means tested, no universal benefits should exist, child benefit.working tax credit.winter fuel allowance etc, etc scrap the lot, one payment to cover all aspects if and when you need it and only for the time it takes to get back on your feet, but it would never happen as far to many who think their not on benefits would rebel about loosing their benefits I totally agree but we both know that won't happen cause to many people don't want to get on there f

But anyone who is in arrears then why should they get to sit there rent free?My girl is coming through the exact same thing with her tenant.
