  1. What i think is happening is, The water course has always been there, No idea why? But the ground work being carried out for the new houses at the bottom of the road is restricting the water from flowing down the hill, Hence its backing up the hill. The houses across the bottom of the street are also having flooding issues in there gardens, This is the entrance to the site last week, This entrance runs parallel behind the houses at the bottom,
  2. I live in a Cul De sac of 25 houses, 18 years ago when we were putting the fence up, we were using a hole borer, when we neared the top of the garden the hole started filling up with water at a depth of 2 1/2ft ish, The water did not rise out of the hole so we knew we had not hit a pipe. The part i live on is a slight slop running down to open fields 3 houses down. The land here has always been wet in the winter and we never have to water the lawn in the summer as it always stays green, Recently planning permission was granted to build 67 houses in the fields at the bottom of the slope, This w

  4. Lets see how they police the St George`s day meeting on the 23rd April,
  5. They were displaying Nazi swastika`s at yesterdays pro Palestinian march in London. Complaints were made to the police but they were completely brushed aside by the use of more woke bullshit, Instead of alarm and distress being caused by them displaying them, it now has to be Mass alarm and distress. What a complete load of bollocks, the Met police are no longer fit for purpose.
  6. XC901s are prone to the crank oils seals going, a very expensive repair if your not capable of doing it yourself. Another fan of the Rav4, i had a 2,5ltr hybrid until a couple of years ago, great motor. For fishing i use a 23 year old Citroen Despatch. ex wheel chair converted jobby, its great, just drop the ramp, roll the trolley in, lock it in place with the special wheel belts, put the ramp up, shut the doors and all's good.

  9. Must have hit the weak spot, Only takes one card to collapse the whole stack of cards.
  10. Why do you think prior to the west getting involved. Most of these people were ruled by dictators who did so with a large stick, They learnt a long time before that the Carrot was a waste of time,
  11. There's a vid knocking about where they are interrogating one of them, He is held with his head side on, pressed against what appears to be a large wooden chopping block.
  12. Might just be me, BUT it all appears far to clear cut, The attack was horrific but they are saying they did it for around £5000 each, That is not the ideology of the Religion of Peace. They were allowed to do it and escape without any intervention from any police or security in Russia!, The Russians appeared to have known in advance where they planned to escape too and the route they were going to take. The escape route just happened to end at the border of a country Russia is involved in an active conflict with. ISIS will claim responsibility for any attack on who th
  13. The alleged four perpetrators of the shootings appeared in court this morning, One missing an eye, another an ear and one complaining of being jump started via his testicles.

  15. I found the best way to transport them was to get hold of the cardboard tubes in the centre of some carpets, cut to length, push one end down, pop them in a flatten the other end down, I discovered this whilst driving up the M1 and half a dozen escaping from a plastic cat carrier Lol
  16. Yes mate, He asked me a few years ago to to judge the lurchers at Shanes Castle i think it was, the 5 nations or something, When i took bad, he sent me free copies of the magazine, Yes mate he is a very genuine, nice bloke,

  18. Did few for Mr Harcombe, His motives for publishing EDRD were 100% Honourable. I doubt whether i could say the same about any new field sport publication since. with the exception of Alberts. Irish country life magazine.
  19. If i remember correctly it contains the same ingredients as Arabic Gum, the stuff used in the cake industry, I use it to stick maggots together when fishing deep water on the maggot feeder. The tackle shops sell the same thing labelled as sticky mag or something, its in a smaller container for 3 times the price.
