this one wasnt scavaging it was truely living wild i saw it take a hare once,it wouldnt let you get anywhere near it. found the places where it was sleeping a few times usually in long grass at the side of ditches very much like hares. as i said it was a long time ago the land where it frequented is now a houseing estate and a perimeter road.

a good few years ago there was a greyhound bitch that was said to have escaped from the local flapping track living wild in the local area, i saw it a few times over a number of years then it vanished. I did hear someone had caught it and taken it in but who knows. anyone else come across dogs living wild?

I couldn't agree with you more John. Personally, the phone would have been out of my pocket in a flash calling the old bill, the moment any firearm was waved even slightly in my direction. yes mate ive seen white foxs are you sure it was albino did it have pink eyes as all the ones ive seen had normal eyes? theres areas around the country were there common. i do believe steve 109 the taxidermist off here has one to do at the minute.

they have always been made by cci there the only manufacturer to have the technology to neck down a 22 wmr case to make the 17hmr case although i would have thought some of the other big boys would have invested by now.

have you finaly got the hang of it now then I think so mate, the first stuff I tried making them with was bright orange, I couldn,t see what I was doing for the feckin glare lol swapped it for plain green stuff and now have my 1st net :laugh: you'll only get better at making them now pal im sure you'll get faster at making them as well your next one might only take you a week stick with it pal iv only been making them for about 12 months now it was hard at first but after a month i had it sussed. you cant beat catching a rabbit in a net youve made. atb with it pal the first

never happens here, mind i can walk to my permision takes about 5 mins the local coppers know me and dont bother just see me as someone to be avoided like the plauge. i think it becomes a problem when people see lamps, strange cars/vans etc where they dont normally see them and assume there upto no good, not a bad thing in reality, if youve got permision then you have nothing to worry about and if you dont well getting a pull now and then comes with the territory, if you dont like it take up knitting or something or else learn and dont make the same mistake again theres always a reason why th
