    I believe that the issue with the talpa firing and not catching has nothing to do with spring strength. Alas, our strict non educational policy does not allow me to elaborate

    I think with all traps it pays to buy the best, ive pissed about with the cheap knock offs, once bitten twice shy. Having handled the originals and comparing them to others, there is no comparison.

    Different show, marginally more interesting Not much though Cant think of anything worse than shuffling around a hall full of camoed up pest controllers. Best bit is the food. But i will eat virtually anything, apart of welsh cowl which is downright fecking disgusting.

    Blimey, some of you guys need to get out. Russia to invade the UK, i think not! Putin is rightly pissed off with the Ukraine as Europe has been trying to intice them to join. He does not want us or our masters USA on his borders. Simple as that. If Russia did try to invade us, it would go nuclear, we would have no choice and thats what its there for, to defend us. Having said that, i think our old worn out nucs would be far better used on syria/iraq or any other shithole country that homes isis like scum. Better than us paying to decommission them.

    I love em, i use them pretty much all the time, with just the occasional duffus if there is a tube begging for one. I really dont see what the problem is.

    I suspect its fair share, but its previous owner never cared for it like a respectable trap owner would have. But fate lent its had this time and said trap found a new home here, with me and is now loved like it should be.

    Horses for courses Matt. I wholeheartedly agree you with you about the original duffus trap, as you know. Having read conversations recently "elswhere" i kind of get the feeling a lot of molers have never come into contact with a quality trap, i mean a bonifide machine. Anyway, as a moler with a taplex fetish, if your situation allows it, they are a superb thing and my type of trapping suits them fine, i would argue better than a duffus.
