As its been said download malware and super anti spyware , update both programs and restart your computer as it starts presss f8 key and boot computer into safe mode . run malware and fix any problems found . then restart again pressing f8 and run superanti spyware , fix any problems and restart . If its a hotmail account you have most probably been hacked so change the password or even delete the account if you dont use it . -

I use microsoft office live , for my rugby teams site its free and ive had no problems so far . Bit basic maybe.Have a look here http://brfc11.sports.officelive.com/default.aspx . I know a lot of people dont like using microsoft though .

I realise there is a post all ready in the calender auction section , but im going to start this one in the general section so hopefully more people will read it. All over the world kiddies are getting abused , starved , mistreated , young men getting killed in Afganhistan and Iraq ,does it really matter if Ireland dont get to the next world cup , have some perspective guys . We all know world cups are only good for one thing ENGLAND . so lets all get behind the 3 lions put them on a pedestal ,claim that this year its coming home , that its 1966 all over again . and then laugh our arses off when their bottle goes and they loose on a penalty shoot out in the semis , now thats priceless .
