I have been to over 40 countries in the world and have been to some real shitholes especially in Africa and the Middle East and have found myself in a few tricky situations but one thing I have found is if there is anyone being a dik they are usually white ....Just last weekend me and a mate went to Miri in Malayasia no that really is the Wild West 2 murders the other weekend as the triads are taking over ..We planned to meet a few jok lads that are over here we had not seen for years ...the craic was had and the drink was flowing they had 2 secret police with them just to watch over them ...t

He lives and breathes the game in the gym 7 days a week go and have a look and some of his training sessions ....I don't get some of the negative comments about AJ ...he is a young man that is humble ,polite, doesn't go about disrespecting other fighters ...it is plain to see that he potentially can be world champion through his determination and commitment ...he has only been pro for 2 years and is already knocking on the door of a chance at the world title that says a lot about him and his team .good luck to the lad I say

FFS Two of our countries top young heavy weights who have a real hatred for each other had a good scrap both boxed well landed and took some good shots probably the best heavy weight match for a while on a great night of boxing and that's what you took from the fight ? FFS
