Most army ones are good if new, you do get the odd one tho and whilst you don't freeze or get cold as such, you do wake a couple times a night have a quick shiver and get back to sleep, if you got cash try the mammut Montana tho I've had one past few years and used it In all conditions, woke up covered in ice and snow more than once l and I'll buy another when this gives up the ghost. If it's for a couple nights one off tho, army will do but buy new, squaddies are horny dirty folk
-
Wow I thought the first clip was good, but that guy on unicycle must be fit as fookery, I thought they was for clowns lol obviously not lol Any of you bike heads recommend an entry level bike for a 7 year old lad? He really wants to start getting off-road and into the moors and forestry local, it won't be downhill tho just riding to keep him fit??

Saluki Greyhounds Purely For Lamping
Hot Meat replied to CallumDonohoe's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
All I've seen retrieved, most common fault I seen in them is playing with bunnys, running beside them and refusing to strike, or hunting up in dark, if I'm honest tho I seen a few in hands of folks that would have been better suited to a lurcher, coursing or Sal/grey blood ain't for everybody, tho if you get on with it then give it a try.. -
Sack the ferreting partner idea off and get a lurcher
-
This farmer is snobbier than that he uses chains for everything lol

Saluki Greyhounds Purely For Lamping
Hot Meat replied to CallumDonohoe's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
My lamping partner got one, not a 1st or 2nd cross tho it's a coursing dog, must be at least 4 now been lamping since it was a year oldish, took some real big bags and is a pleasure to lamp with, seen a few others some good some poor, coursing blood got a lot to offer the lamper, wether it's mixed with blood from a lamping lurcher or on its own, if you can put up with the huffy skulky, poofy skinny fookers lol -
What's your incinerator like paulus? Much it skin you? I been toying with idea of getting 1, ole farmer up road comes an collects mine and sticks it in his for me, but he is getting older everyday an even when I say not to he still does it, he don't mind either it suits him to have me on call to deal with pests, and even tho he a true farmer he don't let you do nowt for nowt and is always swapping favours lol
-
Yeah mate we use both as well, swap and change every now and again

Or a bury depends which part of the country you are from. As a bye, what do you call a rabbit warren that has part been taken over by badgers where the rabbits and badgers are living side by side in the same holes? TC Paulus beat me to it. When they all live together that's called jailbait lol
