  13. Hello all, this is ripstop material and is windproof but as for water proof in the true sense, then no The sizes are as follows: Sleeve 26/1/2. Top of shoulder to shoulder approx 22" Raglan sleeves so hard to measure exactly. Size generous 44/46. Plenty of room for jumper. This one has Raglan sleeves so pit to pit is a bit of a bugger to measure, but is around 23-24 inches thanks GJ
