Beast they are the ones I use in the larder ,great knives ....I buy them of a little firm 5min from where I live .Wealden Packaging , there butchers suppliers , got every thing from knives to hog casings ...think they are cheaper at about £6...my wife would buy the white plastic disposable ones given the chance !!

Gin , knives come a poor second to trouble ,hope he gets it all sorted.I've done without one for the past 40 years so if I need to wait till he's sorted so be it ...I wish him well ..he does have an awesome talent ..

Nothing as boring as that Phil ..will probably be more along the lines of " Do us a favour , give these knives a wash ,oh that one is the one you bought me for Christmas ".....I will wrap hers though ...if she buys it before Christmas , being a jock she's more likely to wait till the sales start after the event

I have an EKA that I use but need to sort out my wife's present to me & thought she should go the full nine yards & get me a really nice knife ....to be fair the only input she has is putting her monica on the wrapping ,the same as my input on her present ...

How the fcuk can women put their own kids in that situation ? every women I know would tear his eyes out to protect their kids , they are worse than him & that takes some doing .....3 that need topping ...where does this depravity stop , it seems each case that comes to light is worse than the one before ..!

With Christmas just round the corner i'm thinking about what present the wife can buy me , I actually buy my present from her & she buys her present from me , that way we don't end up with a load of crap we don't want ..a new stalking knife is my decision .What you all using ?........quite fancy one of midnight's of THL ...

Private or selected school , university , political researcher , MP ....you are now equipped to be a minister in government ( a good grounding in mathematics is an advantage to maximise your expenses ) . At what point you actually gain any insight into the real world of work , paying your own bills etc escapes me at the moment , but somewhere along the line this must suddenly come to them , allowing them to then tell us what we are doing wrong & how to correct it thus enabling us to live comfortable stress free lives .............Bowlocks

We to have just got a pup (lab) that will work , it lives in with another working lab & a working (retired) Lakeland ,the thing in the earlier post about coats is I think spot on , they continually moult where before they lived outside they didn't .My wife cant bare the thought of them outside plus we have a couple of mates that had the kennels broke into & lost there dogs , so its hair every where , happy wife , happy dogs ... -
Mine loves the dogs ,has never moaned about the time I spend stalking (which is a lot) , comes picking up , is a bloody good cook ,Waits on me hand & foot , picks me up if I get lead a stray at the pub , will drive the van if I need her car & to top it all will help gralloch if needed ....cant wonder I married her !! How lucky am I ...

Make sure when you buy the woodburner you get a thermal efficient one , the cheap ones don't seal properly & burn a stack of wood , a decent stove ie ,clearview , jotal , morsqe,wlll set you back a grand +flue +fitting .2.5~3k will be my guess .Don't buy a cheap one it will cost you dear !!
