    Was that over the wknd just gone at some university camp up near Wolverhampton ?.....a kid near me was invited but apparently its nearly all university lads now and they have to pay 70 quid or something as an entry fee ....he,s a genuine drug free lifter so it would of been nice to see how he faired....well done to your pal anyway. This weekend just gone yeah. I don't know the details exactly. I've followed my mates lifting since Uni. He's more into drug free bodybuilding but got a bit to work on since his last comp and gave the powerlifting a shot in the mean time "to stop me getting fat"

    Sounds like a good healthy brekkie .....ive never been able to train before breakfast though i always feel weak as piss with no food inside me ! Lol, I've always been a morning person so prefer training then, feel set up for the day and I don't feel like I've got to juggle to get training time later. Usually back in the house to hoof the kids out of bed before school.

    You're right, I can't put a finger on it but I've always kept an eye on the amount of fibre in my diet more so than protein or carbs. Never had a health scare or advice.

    On my dad's side for generations supposedly there is a sound called the 4 knocks. I only heard about them on the day my dad died just before he passed. These four knocks would happen very close to when somebody would die and as it would happen it was a Monday after the weekend when my dad wasn't expected to last to.     If communities stuck together that would be a good start but politicians have unfortunately put a stop to that labelling them racist and bigoted etc if they stood upto a common problem.     No there shouldn't be. Civil administration type organisations may appear to work on the surface but quite often they get it wrong, target the families of the criminals even blackmailing them for money. They also abuse their power that they weald over the local communities. They also cover up incidents like drugdealing and sexual abuse that they committed.
