    Ir is infra red light and invisible to the human eye but certain cameras can pick it up. So ir on its own is of no use to the mk1 eyeball.

    I had the 1.9 tdi pd sport 6 speed, brilliant engine. there wont be many estates bigger than the old Passat its the same chassis as an a6.

    im of similar thinking but the top shooters weigh wash and lube and only use the best weight pellets in comps the highs and lows they only use for plinking. If I clean my barrel it always takes a couple of mags until its bang on again.

    iv fell of a few aswell knocked off too, One of my mates had a race tuned kx80 when I was about 14 dam thing was insane for what it was. He was only little so it flew with him on it. Only thing iv got now is one of them daft little mini motos iv had for donkeys. Kids had never seen it so fired it up the other day and rode it round garden they thought it was hilarious ?

    The rs200 was a rally car built to get round the regs, they had to build 200 road legal cars to qualify for rally. Think the sunny gti was the same bloody bonkers though the bodys fibreglass just clips off on spring clips. Love a go In one

    seen a cosworth today, always been vw but got a soft spot for the old rs and tricked up r5s etc, a mate had a gt turbo raider that was mint but it got nicked. iv been in seriously fast in new cars but they never seem as quick nowadays that everything doesn't rattle, id rather crash a new car though Now iv got a estate, its good for dog and kids and crunch big miles but it aint much fun unless its off road, used to have a orange mk1 golf with a mk3 gti engine in, two seats and a roll cage it was mental but in a good way, wish id never sold it.

    Yes got to be worth more for what they are than scrap value, trouble with big stuff is you need to flog it locally. As mentioned stick a few on ebay gumtree etc with a note saying more available buyer collects you can list on ebay for free if it doesn't sell
