  1. Dont buy trustfire or ultra fire batterts even in a low power torch there a waist of time Any protected Panasonic based battery over 2600mah is the way to go

  4. Not at all all crelant and trunite torches come with a limited lifetime warranty. Chanches of a cree led going are slim to none The keepower and xtar 18650 battery's have Panasonic cells, basically a Panasonic battery with a different cover. If you do decide to get a torch that takes 18650 or the other wee stumpy ones check reviews only of which ones are good if there cheaper than £15 a pair there junk and will last less than ten minutes. I have 2 set of batterys and after a full charge it will do me 2 nights foxing

  6. Crelant 7g5cs Trunite tn31 Nothing compares to these lights Tn31 brighter but bit bigger and holds a extra battery Crelant + good batterys (keeppower 3400mah) will cost £100 delivered to your door Easily fitted to scope will a simple 8 shape clamp of ebay. The light that comes of this uk manufacturers led lights is pathetic. I'm spotting eye glare at 700/800 yards and identifying at 400 through scope
  7. Depends wat gun ur getting Most guns can be fitted with a picatinny rail And is usually thee cheaper option. Wait until you have rifle and scope in front of you so uou can measure bwhat height of mounts u will need.
  8. Forget the the 223 pal get a 204 I have a .223 at the min saving for a .204 check out some videos on YouTube of them its a great round
  9. Nikon scopes have been getting some great attention lately They make some of the worlds greatest cameras I dont think there gonna struggle with a pipie with a bit of glass at each end. As for bedding a rifle it's a piece of piss I done my howa with Devcon steel putty basically take stock off clean fill holes and mag area with blue tac/playdoooooo cover metal in clear shoe polish stick putty in stock put rifle in stock nip down wipe away excess clean up jobs a good one
  10. My gun shops here in ni are bollocks chances of getting fancy primers and powders are nil unless yout willing to order yourself pay postage and pay shop holding fee etc Heard good reports of Winchester match gold primers but you probably can't even get them here Anyway I'll reload 6 up of the 50gr 22.8gr and do 2 3 shot groups at 200 yards and see what the story is.
  11. 22.8 was the winner 13mm edge to edge 4shoots not including the one I pulled
  12. Hollow farm in comber I think I got them from Top shot competition .223 they were called
  13. You need a safe to put your bird in she's rotten
  14. Tomorrow will be a noisy day Got some sierra 50gr blitz kings today loaded from 22.2 to 23.4 up in .3 increments Max was 24.3 I think but find getting close to max accuracy goes down hill I'll post pic of groups tomorrow
  15. Spend more more on a scope than a rifle Any rifle will will shoot sub moa/1" at 100yards with the right ammo. If you can afford a rifle with a bedded stock go for it. More consistent apparently. Best advise I can give.
