    Thanks lads, the fork it was made from the forks on it were bent too much for a standard sized catty. So i sanded both sides down and drew the catty on, so its as strong as any other natural. Its rough at the minute but will be a stunner when its done. Double 15mm straight cuts with marbles and 9.5 steel will drop some game Im gonna go cut a big thick fork and make myself a nice chunky milbro mk1. Going saturday to get the fork i think

    2 yew catties im working on at the minute. Only shaped and slightly sanded them. Just waiting on polyurethane to arrive to get them finished. The minis gonna be a proper little freezer filler. Holds in the hand perfect. Will put better pics and more details later

    I am aswell. I put the camo ones on and there sold almost straight after. You cant get any more camouflaged than a tree branch lol. And ive seen loads of yew catties sell for alot more than i want for this one

    Its the bands that are important mate. Double theraband gold or loopes dankung 1745 tubes are spot on. Try make a catty from a natural fork. Ive just started making them even though ive been shooting a while and there great to shoot. If you want to buy one have a look at forkinggoodcatapults. He makes great catties

    Went out in the car tonight with 2 mates and the catties, the passenger to spot the pigeons, the driver to drive ( what else lol ) then me out of the sun roof to help spot. We all take it in turns to shoot and we all missed our first shots on some high pigeons, anyway we pulled up to a pigeon roosting lower. It was the drivers turn to shoot and he clipped the pigeons tail feathers, it took flight hitting every branch on the way out and as it was flying i dropped it with a 12mm lead. I was buzzing as we have a little competition between ourselves and this put me 1 point up. Then the next pigeon

    Ive put some band grooves in now as i didnt want them to slip, i doubt it would have any way but cant be too carefull This fork was almost dry when i cut it
