    Cheers lads, I've not really found anything that sets it off. I was just in pain constantly. When I've had all the tests done after being f****d about by the GP it turned out a foot of my small bowel and a few inches of my large bowel were so badly damaged that emergency surgery was the only option. I'm a 100 times better since and haven't flared up once so far. Have my review in December to see if the disease has progressed since the op. It's just everybody that I've heard has it seems to have no quality of life and nothing but horror stories so that scared the shit out of me. Thanks kev that

    Bit of a strange one, but ive recently been diagnosed with crohns disease and I'm just wondering if anybody else on here has it seen as though its becoming a common disease amongst the population now. Not expecting much of a response but with me being only recently diagnosed it would be a help to find out abit more about other people that's affected by it, thanks

    I don't think you can go wrong by holding the catty sideways. Anchoring the pouch under your eye and lining the target up with the top band. When you flip make sure its just one smooth movement and your not flipping it all over the place. It's all about consistency

    After the day I've had I would have given up anything to be out with the hawk. Looks like I'm gonna end up keeping this spar imprint to fly for the season aswell. God help me lol. Good thing I've got a great mentor to help me out with her. Magpies and partridge had better watch out
