    Owners of killer dogs may face life ?... Why not .....if you own a dog capable of killing a person its YOUR responsibility to control that dog. If your dog kills somebody, it is YOU at fault for not ensuring your dog is under control and safe to be around people , Result............ one dead dog ......and a idiot of an owner sat in the jail wondering why he got the fcuking to start with, Oh and not forgetting the family who have to come to terms with the fact they have lost a family member due to the fact that some dick head got a dog they had no idea of how to train or control.
