    Well my thinking is there's more jealousy and bitching in this game than in the local lesbian club,but trueth is so valuable and egos so fragile something has to give.I personally have only ever bred 2 litters those that didn't go to working homed have been gifted to family and friends as pets,bit sad,I've had £50 and £100 pound pushed into my hand and a refusal of that money seen as insult.

    If you saw your flock of sheep panicking and aborting lambs you would probably get a bit shitty too ,ime not masking excuses for the bloke but there are always to sides to a story,very sdorry to hear about the hounds must be sickening.

    Derbac m ,simple to use I've found it works quickly and efficiently and its got a pleasant odour,and you can buy it off the shelf in boots,tell them your dogs got mange and you want some just in case you get it.

    Saw a couple of platt bred bitches take fallow only a doe but each of them had put plenty of roe in the freezer single handed that was about 15 years ago in ashdown forest,but the most outstanding dogs i saw of this type did have a dash of collie in them and they did anything put in front of them and that was a few years back too very mean spirited dogs they were had to watch them with your terriers.

    I always give my pups and young dogs a cup of goats milk with a raw egg mixed in anything wrong with this ,I give it to them inbetween meals

    Hybrid vigour would be there with the 1stx so I think must be more to it,this isn't a lurcher vs lurcher breed type three ,just a personal observation I've made a deerhound x greyhound with just a dash of another working dog seems to be better than the 1st or 2nd cross .

    Ime no lover of deerhounds or deerhound greyhound crosses,but why does this cross seem to do so well when a dash of collie or saluki or bull or even bedlington is added the sleeping giant realy does awaken or have I just been unlucky in the deerhound greyhound xs ive seen and very fortunate in the deerhound greyhound with something else as well type lurchers I've seen

    Lads breed pups raise pups and bring on pups but some times things go wrong if I needed a dog while pup was maturing or an older dog was recovering from injury etc I would by a dog in and £600 pound is nothing imo for the luxury of being out in the field watching dog work,better that than pissing it up the wall.

    JCB steel toecap and in sole quite a decent fit I use gorertex inner boots for a better and more comftable fit I've walked miles in them and dug in them maybe not the best but for the money well worth it

    Delicate feeders small downward facing mouths usually it's other species that pest you while trying to catch greyling,spend quite as bit of time watching them in local river beautiful fish but trout taste better jmo
