Quite a lot of religions don't literally believe in god(s),Hinduism or Buddhism for example. I know it doesn't fit the definition of religion,but if those are religions then atheism could be too. Neither are religions in the true sense of the word. Then at least half of the big religions aren't really religions. Especially when you consider that Islam and christianity are just jewish sects.
