How stupid must they think the general public are? As if there's some sort of massive profit to be made by the criminal underworld by buying,rearing and training a dog to lamp rabbits or even deer ffs. Forget selling drugs,prostitution and illegal gambling....lamping rabbits is where the real money is. -

Had a few accidents over the years,most dogs are ok if you can get something in between them like a water bowl. -
no pits will never legal again only muzzle+chip+nuts off., in some ways the new law will stop people having dangerous dogs loose on there proptey which is a good think.The amount of people that get bit that are work men etc, or just passing by the proptey, it will stop it. If you got have a dangerous dog, keep it in a run or with the owner, and thats how it should be, not loose doing its own thing. many farms have loose type guard dogs, and if you was just passing the place the bloody things will still try to get you., if the new law stops this great, ive had few close calls and if been a ki

There's loads of shit laws in place that don't get enforced this will just let the police deal with what before were civil laws IMO Is this the bill that will make pitbulls legal again?

When i say walking I mean 'walking the dogs' which usually involves climbing over barbed wire (in the dark) and getting through thick cover myself at some point. that stuff seems to expensive to risk getting torn. or am i being unrealistically cheap?

I was thinking that just today after I posted that, it wouldn't take that long to pile up and it could just be used and replaced every so often to keep decent shelf life. Will have to sort out a box in the garage for it.Must also sort out a SG fca as well. just buy stuff you eat anyway and rotate it mate

Fair doos, I seriously considered Sandhurst when leaving Uni but thought it would mean having to pretty much give up any dreams of living a reasonable hunting life for at least 10-15 years. the was a bloke who i knew back in my teens lol, this bloke was only just over 5ft and prob only 10st ringing wet.But feck me if you up set the little fecker, he would put a blade in you or smash you with a bar on glass in your face. real bad news. He wasnt really any good at fighting with his fists+feet , he got quite done few times easy, but feck me look out for him after, he would get you. Get on the dole mate,speaking to tramp the other week and he explained all the benefits he gets and it came to about £380 a week. Seriously though if you enjoy your work it makes life so much better,If you plan ahead and save some money you could just change careers safely.

I'm not so sure about that mate.Up until about 17/18 I was afraid of any confrontation at all. Never had a fight as a kid. Got filled in a few times but never started or retaliated. My parents had me boxing and doing Judo but it never really went anywhere. Then one day a lad walked in the pub who bullied me through 2 years of school. He was the same size as when we were 15 and I was now 6' 2" and 15 stone. I don't know why or how but a switch flicked in my head and I hammered him. No disputing they are more dangerous, but to say a dog is aggresive to other dogs because it has a little bull breeding in is pish Why do people use bull in a mix in the first place? When you cross breed any dogs, you risk introducing traits you might not want into the resulting offspring, not just the ones you're after.. I think it's pretty obvious why people use bull blood in lurchers. I know why people use bull in lurchers, but like I said you might get more traits of the breed in a resulting mix than you originally wanted, one of them maybe being a higher likelihood of
