I dropped 28lbs since summer... Have gained back about 4lbs since xmas but am hitting the gym and the boxing as soon as i can as ive 32lbs to lose in fat... I had made a lot of progress but lost my motivation for a bit

nope... I worked hard and turned fat into muscle, counted calories, ate extra protein and then just as i was getting toned up nicely but went off track for a few weeks and lost muscle and willpower and couldnt get back into it... Going to hammer back into it now before i gain any more weight
