Any Type Of Whippet Collie Grey Pup Or Adults For Sale
AirgunGuy replied to flygirlfly's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
There was a nice pup from good stock going for free a couple of weeks back. Have a look back and you should find it ;-) -
I've been told by the police operator that just after I call in a call goes over the radio to all the cars in the area that I'm there. Not sure if this happens with other forces.

Haven't been shooting as much recently but when I was going to the golf courses I always called to let them know I was there. There are a couple of areas on the golf course where I could be seen from windows so to me it makes sense. All it takes is 1 person to call and mention gun and you could have armed response and helicopters on your case. A 2 min call is all it takes to let them know when you're starting and when you're finishing.

FFS...the guy wants a blue KC whippet!!! What's the f****n problem? How a dog looks is important to some people. He may not be interested in big bags and just looking for a wee dog that'll catch a few bunnies for his boy!!! It's shocking mate that the beginning of your post you felt you had to explain yourself but that's just THl...full of f****n arseholes that can't accept that other people have different ideas and opinions of what they want from a dog!!!

Dumbell presses would've been better allround but I usually trained myself so the machine was easier. The weight I was pressing was a nightmare getting form floor to knees then up to shoulder level. I felt I could've caused an injury doin that alone and when using the machine, all I had to do was press. What I was doing was working well so didn't change though thinking back I probably should have.

I did mate...behind the neck shoulder press on the smith machine. Never really done the press in front as I could always feel the upper most part of my chest working also even with the bench vertical which I didn't want. Behind the neck really isolates the front delt imo but unfortunately I think doin it on the machine has f****d my shoulder joints. I would do 2-3 light warm up then max at 3 sets of 6-8 reps. Thats the only press exercise I did on my delts. I would then do 4 sets of bent over raises for the rear delts and then 4 sets of lateral raises for outside of the delts...worked wonders

I was always led to believe that machines could be bad for you...especially the Smith Machine though I always done shoulder presses on it. I have bad shoulders now. Whether it's down to wear and tear from years of work or from the training I don't know. I did get a small, niggling shoulder injury when I was bench pressing and had to go light for a while. I think free weights are always better but when training alone the Smith Machine for shoulder presses was always easier.

If you're lacking in a certain muscle it's always good to train with someone that's strong on it. I used to train with a wee bloke who for his height he was in amazing shape though lacked shoulders where i was very strong on shoulders and had no problem getting them to grow. I couldn't get my arms any bigger than 18" and my bicep was short and his bi's were superb so he trained with me on shoulders and i trained with him on bi's and it made a huge difference. He was aware that he was lacking in shoulders and would bang on the weight but his form went to f**k. I lowered his weight and got his f

My max bench press before giving up through illness was 3 plates, a 10kg and a couple of 2 1/2's a side plus olympic bar so that's approx 170kg...3 sets flat 6-8 reps...3 sets incline 6-8 reps and then onto flat and incline flyes. I'm 5'10'ish...at the time was 205'ishlbs and 7% body fat. I didn't do dead lifts and wasn't very strong on quads.

Whats The Smallest Air Rifle In Uk
AirgunGuy replied to cannylad's topic in General Airgun Discussion
It would be an Ultra for me. Compact and they seem to have very few if any problems. -
Just to add...we went to a shopping centre at midnight a few years back when 1 of the COD games was being released for sale and it was mobbed...hundreds of people there and had been queueing for hours. Some of them had ghillie suits on FFS!!!

GTA V...cost 170 million to make would you believe? More than some blockbuster movies. Mine play Xbox though mostly COD and are limited to an hour at night and 2 hours a day at weekends. I have the odd game myself and they are amazing and extremely f***ing addictive!!!

Was that without any washers mate?

I fitted 1 to my 97k and it transformed it from a decent gun to an excellent gun. Smoothed out a few things also though. The main differences for me was accuracy and consistency which were superb after tuning. Still had a bit of recoil though noticeably less than previously and the twang was transformed to dull thud. Worth the money? Yes...if you're doing it yourself. Would I do it again? Probably not as if I want a smooth, accurate and recoil free rifle then I'd invest in a decent quality PCP ;-)

Where was that mate?
