You can't run them. There were loads about in 2005. The ban doesn't specify what you can't run only what you can. The boar here aren't the same as the ones you've run in Australia. Have you seen the ones local to you? 2 very different animals. They have feral hogs, we have wild boar.

Mine does!! Is that the dog you bought to Lampfest '12? I didn't get to see how much staying power she had. We were all too busy watching my dog pull off those amazing high speed runs.Haha!! LOL! You should give block end some pointers. That bitch of yours does plenty of work and is totally driven but she ain't a pain in the arse. It's just a shame that she's a bull x!!

A driven dog doesn't mean it's reckless. A stupid dog will do kill itself quicker than a driven one.

I know you never mentioned wind mate. If your dogs really driven, it will always be but if you knacker it out it won't be able to do much about it.

Give it enough runs and it's stamina will slow it down. Put it behind something that's got some speed in a big field and make sure it's a 200 yard slip. All the drive in the world can't help with staying power.

In pack environments a weak, ill, injured or diseased dog is a threat to the rest of the pack and will be killed to remove that threat. I've never heard of foxes doing it though, but they're not pack animals.

Any member of a pack that is ill or weak will be killed by other pack members. They're a liability to the welfare of the pack. Hounds do it all the time. I'm not saying this happens in every case with domestic dog packs or pairs but it's what's happening here.

I've got a Red one and a White turbo one. A real good bit of kit. You'll be amazed at how far you can identify quarry. I get eyeshine where a normal lamp doesn't and batteries last and last. A good company to deal with.

You're welcome anytime mate. You can bring your bird and stop with one of us and we'll get out and do a bit. My dog took me out while he was chasing a bunny on a golf course. It was a decent slip and I watched as the rabbit hit top speed and stretched out. My dog quickly caught up with it and put a couple of turns in. I watched as the rabbit took a big arcing path to the nearest bit of cover. That happened to be my legs!!! All plywood is laid in a "crossply" configuration. I didn't think I'd mention it before but as you've brought it up again and are using your own, invented term for it, I thought I'd put you straight. I make and shoot naturals, not board cuts. But there's nothing wrong with them, in fact most of the current interest in catapults owes a lot to the Multiplex makers. Who said I was talking about you .... Fair enough! Lol!!!!!!

BPR is giving out advice about hunting set ups and other than one squirrel that he claims to have killed he has no experience and his advice is therefore questionable.
