    Not sure this is the correct section but has anyone experienced a sharp decline in rabbit numbers? I have 4000 acres and there are hardly any rabbits lately. I have put this down to the RVHD virus as they have all disappeared over the past few months. It has literally wiped out the population. I used to be able to go out and shoot 6-10 quite easily. The past four weeks I have shot three! Took the dog out bushing last weekend and he wasn't even marking any of the holes. I would normally start ferreting around now but there's no point if there's no rabbits!!

    Looking for a hand to ferret some large hedgerows on my permissions. Too big to do on my own. Own ferrets/nets preferred. ATB Ian.

    I had a Mountmaster on a HW80 @ 20ft and it actually broke the internal crosshairs after a few shots.

    One of mine went missing for 10 days so don't give up mate. Try all your local vets even Facebook!!! That's how I got mine back. My wife put a post on and someone replied to say they had been feeding it in their garden.

    You could get a brand new one for the same price. I would get the new one and send it off to john bowkett for him to do his magic on and you will have one hell of a rifle!!

    I had one of these for my first rim fire. Couldn't fault it for the money, it would shoot rabbits all day at 80yrds. The trigger was a bit rough but it did what it said on they box!!!! I would agree with the others though if you've got the money for a second hand cz then that's the way to go.

    Good treatment for ticks is surgical spirit, my vet told me this and I used it once and it works fine. I gave my hob it and the ticks were off within 2 days.

    Yes all filled in and left neat and tidy. May have picked up a bit more permission as well. Just need to make the call.

    attachment=236530:photo.JPG]was asked by the keeper to go and clear some holes from the landowners driveway. Although its normally passed when i would stop ferreting one of my jills is reliable enough not to hole up when young ones are about. Arrived at the house and found only 4 holes in the small bank so netted up and put her in. Waited 5 mins and nothing,she came out one of the holes so i popped her into the lower of the four holes. Within seconds athe first one bolted,it must of run past the ferret as it came out of the same hole then another two came out from the other holes.

    Try 3 shots shots without the mod on,then 3 again with it back on. you may have knocked the moderator. Its happened to me before.

    I have a hawke reflex 3x10x44 for sale. In mint condition ,purchased an air rifle a couple of years ago and it came with the gun. Had it on my R10 for a while and a great scope to start with. £30 posted. Also a JSR 6x24x44 target plus scope with AO. Again great condition no problem,emus with it all works fine. £25 posted.

    When you put your hand in clench your fist, it doesn't hurt as much and they soon learn that they get no reaction.

    Charging adapter with hose and air arms fitting. You can change the fitting to suit your Own rifle. I bought this when I had a 410 but only used it a couple of times as I bought a R10 and a 300 bar bottle with the adapter. There's nothing wrong with it, it's perfect condition. I can email pictures if you wish. £25 + postage which will be no more than £5.. Or I would swap for purse nets to the same value.
