    right then here goes. my old bitch jumps barb wire everyday on the farm. one day i took her out on the lamp to catch a rabbit for tea. we were only out 10 mins with two in the bag. on the second rabbit she clipped a fence that she had jumped a thousand times before. there was no yelp and she continued to course and catch the rabbit i slipped her on. i got home and popped her in her run with her food and she ate it and jumped into her bed. there was no blood or any sign of pain. i went to take the dogs for there morning run and noticed that something wasn't right with her. i checked

    i had a litter out of my old bitch last year. she did great 8 healthy pups. she lost very little condition. it depends on the the type of dog man you are. if your not willing to put the time, money and effort in then don't bother. every bitch is different it depends on there lifestyle

    i don't think a estate owner would run fox hounds though a wood full of pheasants. running an estate is the same as a business , work first pleasure after . if the owner is into his or her hounds they will get there chance before the poults go in and after the shooting season is over. i can see why a keeper would get worked up. it's there job on the line if someone keeps pushing birds out of a wood before a drive how can he give the guns what they want. NO BIRDS NO JOB and in todays climate any job is worth fighting for
