  1. Tomorrow at 7 PM: Rise Up! Join Us at Downing Street to Make Our Anger Count! #EnoughIsEnough (youtube.com)
  2. Dont doubt he will be but here's hoping a few uncomfortable truths kick start the government into dealing with this situation. Weak men say nothing, a few more Danny Tommo's in this country and who knows how it may change?
  3. Saw that yesterday and thought the same but he's saying what a lot of people are thinking. I've said all along we do not appear to have learnt from history and the politicians and police treating the normal working class people like idiots is throwing fuel on the fire. And as for King "diversity is our strength" Charles don't think he's the ideal person to rock up!
  4. Have you seen Hunstrete mate, massive fish kill and been drained down? As for eels awful things to catch IMO but amazing fish, good picture in the story of Henleaze lake book of a cracking eel caught by a lad I used to fish with.
  5. Leachate is a awful thing to treat as it passes through every bit of crap people have disposed of and strength can vary considerably depending on the nature of the landfill waste, weather conditions, if its a working landfill etc. The EA are currently rolling out new legislation (BAT21) for all companies discharging including water companies. The regulations reduce the parameters at which companies can discharge and have a reporting procedure on a H1 assessment tool. Unfortunately the H1 assessment tool does not work and was written by a 3rd party company so its useless, which sums up
  6. 3rd time as well....................Didnt he say it would only be a illness that would stop him from standing ?
  7. Funny enough saw him walking through the shopping mall at Poole a few months back hardly recognised him tiny little man, looked about 70 stooped over and shuffling. I'm not one for celebrities or hero worshipping but would have loved to have had a selfie with him just too show everyone I know how much better I've aged
  8. I was listening to a interview with a ex secret service agent yesterday and he said for the agents on the roof they are not in a war time scenario. So many agents and police officers have ended up prosecuted and in prison for their actions they are holding back on taking out any potential threats. He used George Floyd as a example and the repercussions. Even in this country we had our police firearms dept stand down last year because of lack of support, its bound to play on your mind.
  9. Yep 5million quid a year as well but peanuts really he could earn 20million a year in the premier league! And think we need to stay with a English manager so Howe for me.
  10. Or as you alluded to potentially the individuals culture means he dont give a f**k but I suspect the MSM will report "mental health issues". Not sure how GM reacted when he heard the news but 30yrs ago Bristol would have been in shock, kids wouldnt have been allowed out and it would have been the talk of the city, yesterday it was hardly mentioned amongst the people I came in contact with. A sorry state of the world we've become!
  11. And then take 2 suitcases to one of the busiest routes in Bristol, in a taxi, to a heavily CCTV'd bridge thinking no one would see you lob it over into the river below!
  12. Just been listening to a interesting podcast with Rusty Firmin and hes talking about how one of the terrorists in the Iranian embassy siege was granted asylum after serving his sentence and is now living in a house in London and is on benefits, all paid for by the UK tax payer. He genuinely sounds completely disillusioned when hes talking about it and the state of this country. SAS Legend on Why Great Britain is in Serious Trouble: Rusty Firmin - YouTube
  13. I'm beginning to think its like some sick test where they are seeing how far they can push the hard working, tax paying, law abiding citizen before they explode with rage. Any other explanation just dont make sense!
  14. Start dealing that shit and its always going to catch up with you one way or another. The lads that got done in Bristol a few months back for dealing 4.5million quids worth of coke might as well had a neon sign above their heads. All packed in their full time jobs but were wearing £300 trainers, stone island jumpers, rolex watches and driving about in flash BMW's and they sure as shit hadn't won the lottery!
  15. Frances Marie Le Pen's National Rally majority has been turned over by the left combining to keep her out. Dont you just love democracy verging on a dictatorship more like, Putin would be proud of them.
  16. Just Farage, Tice and Anderson (dont know of the other chap) 3 of the 4 have more balls than the rest of the MP's put together, hopefully shake things up a bit if nothing else. I can see the knifes being out for them in the MSM even more so now they will be trying to discredit them at every turn.
  17. Ukraine to be told it is too corrupt to join Nato (telegraph.co.uk) So too corrupt to join NATO but the west will continue to give them billions ????
  18. I have the opinion that over a million Londoners don't have a problem with it, they continue to vote him in and I dont have any intention on going to Londonistan so fook um. Then you realise, like Borr pointed out, its only a matter of time until it comes to a city near you!
  19. Thing is we are a tiny island, England is 50.30m2 and a population of 57million. France is 248.57m2 and has a population of 68 million. Easier to preserve a nice country when you have the room, we are packed in like sardines creating ghettos and shit holes!
  20. When I worked for the NHS they had procurement officers who are allocated certain areas of the operation to purchase goods for at the best value. I'm not going to go in to details but lets just say they all had lovely cars!
  21. Reform for me and my family, work colleagues all say Reform as well with one sticking with Conservatives. I suspect for all the moaning and groaning most just wont bother to vote though.
  22. Totally agree. But if the answer is to do the same and knock it on the head and go down the same route (probably what most of us have considered at some time) there would be no one paying taxes to pay the benefits! I think we agree on the principle of the issues but are just coming from it at different angles ?
  23. Sorry I think you may have misunderstood. Its not a dig at breakfast clubs they are a goods thing its the fact on the video I posted Labour want to bring in free breakfast clubs for all kids. The bloke on the video pointed out nothing is free and tax payers will be funding it, which in a round about way brought us back to the original post where crack heads were having new windows installed paid for by the tax payer. Think thats right ?
  24. That's kind of my point though. The bloke with the 3 bed semi and steady job has worked for that and will feel animosity against the family up the road who haven't worked a day in their life, claim all the benefits under the sun and then have new windows installed at the cost of him, the tax payer. I think its just to easy to blame the government on this one some people just don't want to work and need to take responsibility for themselves and not expect others to bail them out.
  25. Yep looks f**king awful and why were on it he should sweep his path after as well, grass cuttings blowing every where
