Get a new wife - and a bike. Cut the grub by 95% and bike it 5 miles a day at 13 miles per hour for a week!!! That'll work. Oh, and get it a gym membership!!! FFS!!! I wouldn't throw a dog who has been a couch potato into a five mile a day run along side a bike. A sure way to hurt a dog, cut food in half and gradually work the dog up to a decent distance. Say 1.5 mile a day for a week and 2 mile for a week after and so on. Feed on lean meat if you can with very little dry food as possible. -

When Anderson silva was chastised for fighting as he was in the mentioned fight , was more along the lines of finish the fight and stop f*****g about. He was toying with Demian Maia and could have finished the fight alot earlier but decided to f**k around , management didn't tell silva how to fight more so finish the fight and stop making a mockery.

I remember my lurcher getting hot spots which included loosing hair around her body. The ears were one , i was told to change the dry food to some meat based food for a while and add some fish oil. Cleared right up. Some dogs are easily irritated by the ingredients in dry food, the skin is the first to suffer.
