    They were released on Harewood estate nr leeds in 1999 and they’ve spread, we see them pretty regularly, there was one sat in a tree opposite our house yesterday. edited to add ... I missed three other squirrel this morning ( just over their head ?) .. it happens mate.

    Took the pup out to a different place this morning.. new scents , new sights ect which enabled me to go for a leisurely walk (a little later than usual) with the scout.. it’s amazing how many things you see when you haven’t got a 4 month old pup with you ? ended up with two which the land owner wanted me to leave for the red kites ✌?.

    I must admit I didn’t know..I made a educated guess , but the ones who shout loudest are still living in the memory of good old laddie ( who gets better each and every time they shout). And remember if there’s no photos or vids then it never happened ?

    The woods are littered with them Fred , the local kid’s made dens ( on the first lockdown) and put teddy’s , dolls ect in them. I pick them up and use em for retrieving ?

    My father used to feed his ferrets “pobs” .. warm milk, bread and sugar.. how times have changed ( for the better).

    Never handled a wasp frame so can’t comment on that but the scout lt is well worth the money imo.
