Hi guys, had an email regarding nets on fleabay and they have ran out of stock so was refunded my money. I now need some nets and pegs for this weekend coming! Anyone on here who has any decent ones for sale or that can make some and send them this week? I have paypal so can pay straight away hope someone can help thanks liam.

I supose just don't run her to early in life and pick real easy catches for her. If she can catch the rabbit then she's not gonna yap with frustration because she can't catch one....I think that's how it works any way lol

thanks lads. The ground to ferret is in cow fields and the farmer has made two large pens for training his spaniels but there's set in there also going up his driveway to the house, so its all ready for me! Gonna have a look next weekend but if I get in a pickle I may call upon someones assistance lol. thanks again and happy hunting fellas

Cheers bud. And being polite and having an overly friendy pup did the trick I think lol he took a shine to her! Getting a ferret 2 morrow and have ordered some new nets from fleabay ready for next weekend!

Its a great buzz mate, 1st proper bit of permision I can actually get stuck into without being let down by either 1 thing or another so I can't wait to get stuck in and also get my pup going marking and working! Great feeling!

Well looks as tho I'm gonna have to spend some money and stock up on some kit! Hit a stroke of luck while walking my pup this evening, walked down an old bridle way down the side of some common ground and was greeted by a farmer looking for his dog, anyway we got chatting and as luck would have it he's absolutly riddled with rabbits (so he says) so jumped at the oppertunity and asked for the permision which I jumped atb only a small farm of around 60 acres but look like I've got a nice bit of ferreting to come in the next few weeks! Just need to get a ferret now lol! thanks for reading

Took the pup to the park yesterday and let her off. The lead to have a run with a blokes whippet that we usually meet on our walk. Thing that got me a bit worried is she couldn't quite keep up with this whippet while running and started barkin at the arse end of the dog! Now this got me thinking if she's doing this with the other dog, by next year will she keep doing this and will it catch on when chasing rabbits? thanks

Good luck with the pups..me and the misses would really love a bedlington terrier but got a beddi whip instead because of the overly priced price tags on most of them....I think for what you've bre that is a fine price for such a nice breed of dog! Hopefully ill get one soon atb

If anyone is out ferreting soon In the bristol or close surrounding areas,I would love a day out so that I could get my pup bed/whip used to being in a working enviroment and getting to no what her future work will envolve...I would go out on my own but havnt got ferrets due to my split up with my misses and havnt got anyone else to go with localy. I respect the land fully and do NOT back track! Have a car but no equipment but willing to get stuck in and help as needs be. Hope someone maybe able to help thanks liam.

I had JRxchiuaha (don't no how to spell it lol) that would go to ground took more to the JR side he was hard as nails that's no joke either...I will upload piks asoon as I get on my laptop think any dog withing reason will work to some extent if shown and entered right.
