    Been in contact with Jake and they (NiteSite) are doing an exchange where they give you the new price of the NS50 off the price of a NS200. So works out to be a £200 upgrade. I for one will be trying a ir torch.

    Alan, yes i have shot a few from around the gatehouse. Although the shooting there is better when all the bushes have closed for winter, then i can get far enough away so the rats and squirrels relax more. At the moment i am having more sport inside the recycling depot. As we are as a family on hard times what with me not working due to knackered back and legs, we have had to drop to only having the one car. So i can now go whenever i can use the car even in the crappest of weathers because i can now park-up out of wind 'n' rain.

    Cracking idea secretagentmole, i did the same to mine ages ago. My window tint company sent me three, all able to stop different amount of light. But in truth there are loads of different levels of shade, but dont ask for too many in fear of pissing them off.

    Hi all, I have a NiteSite NS50 and want to see a bit further, can you please give me the easiest and cheapest way to see further. I would just like to see a bit further, it is fine when you look at a hedge but it goes abit awash when looking into the field. I don't want to go up to the NS200, i just want to see further.

    Hi, I have the NS50 from NiteSite which i love. I go along with Secretagentmole about the battery, but i went down the road of buying a replacement (lightweight) battery off of E-Bay for about £20. I now use both batteries, i take both with me shooting. I use the heavyweight one when i am shooting from a static position (my shoot allows me some shooting from my car), then i use the lightweight one when walking. The other thing i have done because i found holding the gun/nite site a very strange position (combo of my bad back and bad eye sight), is to copy Si Pittaway and get a piece of allumi

    Davy mate this is a real cracking idea for a video. You explained all the proceedure very well, i think you have opened the flood-gates for future projects (video about stock making), may be a factory tour?

    When i was in work and i had a bad day at work, i would phone the wife to tell her to put a bottle of bells in the fridge along with lemonade. Then when i got in i would grab a pint glass and put 50/50, and depends how bad it was to if i spoke before downing it. Malts are for me and special ones. Sounds like you and me are from the same cloth.

    Roy i haven't tried that one as yet but i think i will have too. I see that it's not a peat heavy whiskey which is good because i can't take to one that is to peaty. Whats your feedback on it Roy.

    Adam i had to go onto the malts last night, only as a painkiller you know. Works wonders if used along side the morphine that i'm taking, sends me to a happy and contented place. If you put your gun down for a while and put your hand in your pocket to buy a round, you will see how Webby and i enjoy a bit of malt lol. Maybe you can buy next time lol.
