  1. Stick with .22 then if that's all you know mate! cracking guns, hope you get one with a nice stock, like mine ..
  2. Simon My Spring Gun Guru also likes the Phrase "Laddie", The HW90 is best of the Newer H.E. Gas Rams but does not compare to the Golden Oldies. The 1980's Theoben Sirrocco and Countrymans also Olympus pre H.E Gas rams were the Best Rammers out there with a smaller Ram but alot smoother, The Rolls Royce of Rammers, When British Engineering was at it's Peak Here's My 1985 left hand Sirrocco in .22 cal. atvb Daz 7 Daz, you love showing this gun off don't you mate?!! Like me with my hw100

  11. the hw99s + 3-9x40 combo did me very well as a hunting set up a few years ago. very nice little rifles. as for the hw98, well its the adjustability that did it for me. I love mine to bits, it feels so perfect as its set up to my shoulder and my eye/head 100% I didn't get on with my hw95k unfortunately, it was a lovely gun, but just didn't 'fit' me properly, like the 98 does! but as for the theoben.. if that's what you really want then go for it!!
  12. oxymoron..? im not human anyway, im a SHOOTING MACHINE!! ask bigmac lol, he will tell you how superior I am and how many more kills I have got recently to knock him off his throne and become the high and might hunting king!!!

  14. Ayup!! Well 7 squirrels and a woodpigeon isn't bad, could have had loads of woodys if I had been 'after' them, but I decided to concentrate mostly on the squirrels today. a perfect morning, icy chill to the air and hardly any wind. after working 10pm-8am I wasn't tired so thought if I try sleep im just wasting shooting time! so off I goes with the trust hw100kt .22 so 1 2 and 3 all came within 2 mins ! seen number 2 first but couldn't get a shot so took number 1 with a standing unsupported headshot, then took number 2 out after a quick reload and slightly moving position. 2 shots and

  16. Get on just fine with mine. I shoot left handed and have no problems with a right handed sidelever. From any shooting position.Still easier than loading a breakbarrel/underlever
