    ive used fly spray its fine and also treat the birds with johnsons one dose drops not had any issues since with mites etc

    Illegal unless you have appropriate spraying tickets. Sighthound i think you only need the tickets if you have employees?? am not 100% on this but its what ive been told by a fella.I dont bother with weeds at all so am not assed lol Definitely wrong. If you are spraying commercially (ie being paid) you need a ticket or if born before Dec 1964 grandfather rights but that is been done away with from October this year so everybody will need a ticket. What about domestic spraying? Like a say i dont touch weeds anyway so im not bothered just good to know cheers

    im on a trolley system mate i have 350l in the van in 25l tubs as i also run a garden business so need room from time to time for that side of the business, i did the ladders for 5 years and got sick of losing work because i couldnt do certain houses due to balconys and hard to reach windows plus commercial work will not go near you if your on ladders due to the health and safety now.only time i use ladders is for gutters they dont come off for less than £40. Its really good but there are like in any trade people give it a bad name as they dont know how to use the system the water reading

    I own a window cleaning business we have a min charge of £10 that is based on standard semi if they have a conny we add £5 to that,Started on the ladder now using pure water reach poles you can charge higher prices because you are offering a full package to the custy as we come fully insured and CRB checked no damage to the house like you get with ladders etc.Half these guys on ladders are not paying tax and wont have insurance either so if they fall they can and will claim from you!! We cover nursing homes schools and anything with glass internal cleans gutters upvc restoration work also.

    yeah i here this quite a lot mate but its like i say what do ya call expensive? a kid told me its a £1 a bird to enter races? So what? a said he when yeah well if yer send 100 birds and all that simple thing here is yer dont need to send big teams of birds really do yer lol. it only takes one bird to win;) the thing is its always been a sport that people with no coin could do so yeah a see that side in its increase but these are same people who smoke 20 cigs a day but dont moan.     It's a good job you are used to Headaches........you are definitely going in to the right 'Fancy' for them........My Dad, some of his mates and all my Cousins and second Cousins on my Mums side have Raced for many years. I would like to get 'Performance Pigeons', but not Racers, not sure which type yet though......still researching and doing lots and lots of 'You Tube' watching. I am edging towards 'Tipplers' cracking looking Birds, but seen some nice Tumblers too. Room and time won't be an issue..........finances and finding the right Brood Stock........same old same old!     Make sure you get proper birds and see them fly first before you buy ive had 6 months of headache due to these birds not wanting to do anything load of shit ive got going into racing next year instead. Ive got a mixed bag of tumblers and rollers
