Ahh I loved my tx mkii. I knew you meant tx.

Just had a call from my friend Arn about this, he saw it this morning and missed out, gutted is not the word!

Neck is often overlooked, as are belly cuts of pork it seems. Good to read guys processing meat themselves, especially something as large as a sheep. That's a lot of meat!

I'd be happy to verify findings. An excellent opportunity for Nite Site. Especially when Mawders appears happy to do it without charge. I cant promise we won't take it to woodchester mansion and give ourselves the heeby jeebys with it though!

Without being privy to the pertinent information that i'm sure NiteSite would consider sensitive (more so if the profiteering I suspect is the case) I have no other avenue available to me but that of speculation by way of reason and logic using the comparative evidence available to me. The free market does indeed mean I have a choice what and from whom I wish to purchase goods. You mistake my case as some form of vendetta, I assure you it is not. My motivation stems from the perceived repetitive extolling (on this and other forums as well as in the 'comics') of the virtues of a product

Shot placement consideration must vanish when you wield a .303! Good slogan for Daystate - "Don't matter where you hit em..."

Ahh I see. Legal costs certainly add up. So THAT'S what customers are expected to pay for. Lawyers. My understanding is that business was about making money, not spending it on frivolous law suits. The threat must be severe. Most likely better performing and less expensive rival products I would guess.

I'm struggling to understand why NiteSite seems to be singled out for this tirade of profiteering and poor quality. They have come up with a new approach to night vision, it is probably the most versatile on the market, is easy to setup, can work VERY well out to 200 yards or more, can be used day and night on virtually any scope and is very much at the lower price of Night vision No, it isn't perfect, but it has brought nitevision into the realms of many who cannot afford the £2-3-4-5000+ of other night vision products, frankly a good number of which offer nothing like the versatility

Seconded.

A strong case for inclusion of the Mr Hong Kong by nite site.

The XS79 if bought tuned from welsh willy or done yourself will do just fine. See my thread XS79 hpa/pcp conversion. Stunningly accurate, guys in the states claim to have won ft championships with them beating the likes of s400s etc. Wonderful project gun that will teach you alot about how a pcp functions. Head over to ukchineseforum where chaps who actually have experienced the gun and unlocked its potential will be happy to advise. Good luck!

Looks the Daddy with that silencer. Is the sales slogan "Gnats fart louder" by any chance?

I'd rather save up for a pulsar. I've seen better diy setups than the nite site for a fraction of the price. Customer service had better be top notch if you've parted with 400 smackers the bulk of which, it has to be presumed, is pure profit. Or 'profiteering' as appears more accurate.

how to become a gamekeeper
milegajo replied to david mc's topic in Gamekeeping, Conservation & Shoot Management
Buy some pheasant poults. Raise em. Then charge for the privilege of shooting em. I can see a window for urbanisation too. Raise em in your garden then let the neighbours know when they'll be released. All can stand on their postage stamps and shoot em as they fly over (straight up so as to stay legal and preserve sky dishes etc). What oh chaps! Now the proletariate can be Hooray Henrys too! Hooray! -

Badger Baiting For Amusement and Pleasure

£109.99 inc next day recorded post my good man. There's a full written and video review on here and my blog. -
Apologies for the title, I couldn't help myself after seeing some activists in town with a billboard that read "Badger Baiters. They Harm Wildlife. They Burgle Your Homes!" Well here you have it. Me leaving food out for the badgers, tempting them in so I could film them on the Super Scouter Trail Camera. That's a form of baiting right? So cue evil laugh, homeowners watch out, according to the activists, you're next!

Cheers Mike, I got the back legs off one but gave up on the other. What a bar steward to skin they really are. Any tips on skinning or cooking? Brute strength! Phantom says they're easier cold and I think he's right, but i do em warm as I like my meat super fresh. Same procedure as rabbit really.
