  1. Looks like there will be one more by the end of today There will be more than one going by the hushed up immigration figures. If you're referring to me, I'd rather pass. I would be impressed if the council moved that fast though!
  2. my mate rents out a farm house and he private rented out to some family ..........................in the end they were in months of arrears and believe it or not because they had kids, he could not evict them or use force obviously and in side the house they done 30k worth of damage , the dirty gits................we couldnt get the fella on his own and give him some pleasant trees ........................hid behind his family ,.................some people I know you can't squeeze blood from a stone, but did you think you could pummel 30k out of his body?! I don't condone the activity
  3. even Leonidas owned his land Nope he didn't. But I sure ain't gunna ask HIM for the deeds!
  4. In any of those situations using a gun on that land could cost a lot more than being asked to move on. Agreed. Best you don't bring your gun...
  5. No. The "true custodian" has not. At this point, it could be said I am the custodian. I wouldn't be so foul mouthed and disrespectful.
  6. Then it seems you are trespassing Perhaps more accurately you could be squatting? http://www.cps.gov.u...ce_on_land/#a01 Ok, man turns up at your door. You ask him to leave. He says "No, I will not leave" You have a trespasser. Man turns up at your door. You ask him to leave. He says nothing. Just stands there like a Mannequin. You do not have a trespasser. But you may have an escaped mental patient... So are you trespassing or a nutter I think most would agree if you thought the second option.
  7. If you open your mind to the analogy of occupying space another claims as their own you should catch the intended meaning. Not my being evasive or difficult, rather an attempt to illustrate a point. Anyhoo, beddy byes for me. Will keep you posted chaps. Trail cams are at the ready. May have some footage tomorrow of a "dirty thieving gypo" being wrenched from his tin can and battered like a cod. The youtube ratings should make up for any discomfort...

  9. If either of you sat down in an overcrowded cinema and someone accused you of "sitting in their seat" would you show them your ticket number? Or would you "be inclined to say f**k off"/ flatly tell them where to get off? Reverse the roles if you wish. Either way, being obtuse only muddies the waters. Until I am shown evidence to the contrary, I am steward of the land. Acting landlord in the landlords absence. As such I have all the benefits of ownership, yet none of the limitations. If you look in the bible (the book upon which the legal system is based and laws of God that the Queen
  10. That appears to be your own interpretation of trespass. Are you literally camped on this "right of way"? Unless common and case law has radically changed recently, I believe that is the legal interpretation of trespass too. Not camped on the right of way, 5 paces off it. If that.
  11. Nor would I wish to. If not harassed over some planning violation, I'm sure the council would try to extort tax out of me!
  12. I completely accept the land is not mine. In fact I maintain that no one truly owns land nor indeed any thing of substance or matter. However, I do recognise that others have there own beliefs, different to mine as they may be. I am also aware of a vast system and network of resources that will spring into action to crush me, that I cannot possibly hope to conquer. By the claimant refusing to present me with the paperwork that I am well within my rights to request, I can only presume he is an imposter. If he changed his mind and proved his entitlement, irrespective of what my own ideals
  13. No. Mr Amaury and Mr Detmar Blow have chosen to pay Sherbond and others to subject us to this. Sorry mate, but thats a buck you can not pass on, you did this to yourself, and your family. Better luck next time. Whats the location of the area ? Can you share the grid reference ? I wholeheartedly disagree. I think you'll find a judge and the legal system would too. I can accept that mine and my family's presence has been the prompt and catalyst, but your trying to attach responsibility for anothers actions upon me is something I cannot. I can share my location, but would r
  14. So in the absence of the first point you apply the latter? Would it not have been wise to establish ownership prior to setting up shop? Excellent point. If the land were indeed private, how did I access it? Legally and lawfully I might add. Is it not normal practice to secure that which holds value? I know insurers get upset if you don't... . Your a squatter Another freeloader. Get off the land you have had your time for nothing get off Thank you gonetoearth and forest of dean redneck both. In the spirit of being constructive, do either of you have any alternatives? T
  15. No, i don't believe so. In order to trespass you must refuse to leave when asked. I have not refused and will not, I only require verification that I'm communicating with the correct party. For all I currently know, this is a passer by who decided he didn't like my face...

  17. does the land registory not know who owns it There must be a record as it flagged up on the website. Regardless of what their records say, I would still require proof, though would acknowledge the evidence. If the chap climbed off his high horse, kept his toys in the pram and grew up enough to produce the goods, I could negotiate the terms of my departure. As it is, i have yet to make contact with the owner, and until one is found I shall remain.
  18. To answer paulus, you would of course need to be the owner to have suffered any percieved loss. This is the crux in this instance. Ownership is not contested in that i claim the land, rather I require the owner, if he exists, to substantiate his claim so that we may enter negotiations knowing who is who. A case of: "Show me the deeds!"
  19. Of course, if I were bestowed more acres of land than I had need of, would I have the same view as I do now? I can't answer that with any certainty. Nor do I need to, the value for me is in the asking, not the answering of that question.
  20. I think i've answered the above in previous replies. For instance, causing no harm, injury or loss. My being and where that is causes no deprivation nor hardship to any other human being. The actions you describe, would. If you neglect something to the point it appears abandoned, you evidently have no need of it. If another can put it to use, I see no justifiable reason to deny them.

  22. "Tramp" conjures the image of a man huddled on a pavement with his hand out and questionable, if existent, standards of personal hygiene... Not an accurate summation to me. Though some may question my hygiene at times!
