We had around 3/4 inches at home and a little more at work...starting to clear now -
I tend to get home from work have a bath and my dinner and then just have little 15 minutes blasts every hour or so ,by midnight I'm usually playing half decent so I'm often up till 2am lol

It's not you lol and it's normal, most of us meare mortals can't retain that much information for that long ..I often find myself having to go back over things to refresh my memory but it's always easier 2nd 3.4.5 time around.

Good luck with it ..guitar/music is one of the most difficult things I've tried..just keep plodding on and eventually things start to come together, it's a never ending road of learning but very satisfying when you get things right.
