    To right they need to keep energy levels up.. And if you usually feed say 7pm and you go lamping say 11pm that's 28 hours since last feed just as you put them in motor... If out out until 4am that's 33hour since last feed and at least 4 hours walking/running ..? athletes eat pasta and so on 3-5 hours before competition why would you think a RUNNING dog different?? How would you like it?? But we all different ????????

    I use dog claw clippers, and yes it may bleed a lot, but not always if the blood vessels have already been damaged when the claw twisted. Heat and inflammation set in to protect the joint. It doesn't necessarily mean that it is infected. Antibiotics should only be used if it is definitely infected.
