    The thing I dont understand is its ok to shoot any animal you want when there's no test to have a gun licence you could be the worst shot in the world ! That being said some bellend with a gun could shoot any animal and not kill it this animal running off and dieing a few days or weeks later of terrible suffering once a dogs got something its usually dead pretty quick !! I dont really know what I would change maybe there should be a tested and a kennel check or something to give you s level of hunter so you can hunt certain pests I dont knoe the bans a load of crap up but with boys putting pic
