  9. Youre terrier is only 14 months old stepitup,, and by the sounds of things hasnt worked too many foxes,, so i would say youre lucky it went to ground and didnt do to bad a job to put the fox out of its earth. When youre working lurchers aswell count yourself lucky you got the bolt,,,, and didnt have to dig it out. Terrier may become mute the more experience he gets.
  10. best of luck with selling the dog buster.
  11. Always fed mine after the nights work,, and if you are feeding your dog regular every nite,, with a high ash protein then youre dog should have all the energy he needs,,, fitness has a big part to play in it. If dog is fit and well fed every nite there shouldnt be a problem feeding after work.

  20. The key to lamping is to keep your hands free all the time,, dog in one hand,, lamp in other, tie a cord onto your foxcaller have it in your mouth ready when entering the field.. quick scan with light ,ok fox spotted in top of field,, light off and make your way quickly towards the fox squeal as you go. Right your halfway up the field scan light again , fox making his way down,, be ready light off and squeal ,, tighter on the reed..and get into that linford christie thing,, get ready to run, because if you want that fox and because your a lazy bugger you will never keep up with the dog.. light

  22. Hi , bighunter, do yourself a favour and save your money, buy a squeaky toy ,, a childs or dogs toy , cut out the reed at the bottom of the toy with a stanley knife ,, if you suck through the reed it makes a first class fox caller,,, eight foxes in one field says it does, try it and see.
