  1. Surely it matters where you get your calories from? It can't be good eating junk like Mcd's on a regular basis?
  2. Tbh I don't really track what I'm lifting which is a big mistake I guess, yesterday I did 3 sets of 10 reps with 35kg either side on the flat Barbell Bench. I think last time I did 25kg Dumbbells on the shoulder press, I don't deadlift or squat at min because I f****d my back up. Like I said I've only been working out a few months and haphazardly at that, having weeks off here and there due to work.
  3. Where are ya from? You don't happen to have a copy of The Fell Terrier by any chance? Saying that £30 from a shop isn't crazy money.
  4. Not if you don't eat enough. you said you weigh 90-100kg..lift bigger with what you are eating and you will get bigger..build your squats and deadlift up gradually..but go big size will come Yeah but I've lost a good 5kg in short time, that's got to be with not eating enough plus all the training and work I do. The worrying thing is I've more than likely lost some muscle mass as well as fat in the process.
  5. Must be a mug to pay that much, I could get myself a good dog for that price ha.
  6. Not if you don't eat enough.
  7. I was ten stone and a hardgainer started drinkin mutant mass weightgain 1100 calories per shake 2 a day 9 weeks and im approaching 12 stone But are you hitting all your macros? You've gained around 14lb a month which means you've put on too much fat I'm guessing.
  8. It's these full body routines I can't get my head around, I've tried them and it feels like I've worked out for 10 mins and done nothing. At the minute I do Mon - Chest and Bi's. Wed - Back and Tri's and Fri - Shoulders and legs.
  9. I think it's best to gain around 2lb of month without gaining too much fat from what I've read. 2lbs is nothing though I can lose and gain that in a few hours, probably best to get weighed first thing in a morning after a good piss.
  10. I would have thought at your current weight 200 odd grams would be ample Yes it could be ok but this diet I found is simple to follow and with minimum preparation, I work long days and I'm up at the crack of dawn. Can't be assed f***ing about doing 3 whole eggs and 5 egg white crap in the morning. What's the diet mate Check the opening post pal.
  11. Don't get me wrong I can put weight on very easy, I could get over 16 stone in a month but I want to do it correctly with as little fat gains as possible.
  12. I got weighed yesterday and I was 95kg, I've lost over 5kg due to being flat out at work and not eating enough. You don't reckon 3000 calories is enough for a bloke my weight who has a very active job plus working out 3 days a week?

  14. I've just been shot down on a bodybuilding forum I've just joined after showing my diet, thing is I got the f****r off a website as well. 300g of protein is way too much for the body to handle apparently.
  15. Is it because he his French??
  16. Got idiots driving the fields already looking for cubs near me.
  17. I'm getting me some Bulldogs and a Rambo knife....
  18. Make a cracking wife you...
  19. I can put weight on and lose it no problem, gaining muscle whilst keeping fat to a minimum is the hard part for all folk wanting to bulk up naturally.
  20. I'm wanting to put on as much lean muscle as I can with as little fat as possible, I can see my abs at the minute and I'm kind of liking it hahaha.
  21. Diet Plan. I'm fairly new to working out and tbh I still eat like ****, sometimes eating too much and other days not enough. I weigh around 95-100kg and I'm in decent condition, my abs are quite visible although I've not got a bulging 6 pack. My goals are to put on some quality muscle mass, I've been given a diet and want your views on it, cheers. Nutrition: Carbs 40% - Protein 40% - Fats 20%. 3000 Calories. 22. This song captures my thoughts perfectly on Hiroshima, bittersweet without a doubt....
