    i thought about this jd, BUT you buy a house today for say £150,000 which wont buy a 3 bed house here but maybe a 2 bed, the morgage on interest only is,£790 plus on todays super loy interest rates which will only go up, the rent achievable is say max£550 a month so that leaves a down fall of £240 on today cheap rates, so what iam saying is rentals might not be the thing like they where in the 90s where there was an income and capital growth,now adays we can only hope for capital growth and my oppinion is we wont see that in the housing market for another 20 yrs and wait t

    what ever product you purchase it will devalue if currency falls through the roof so its a very sensitive topic for some surely my only answer would be,buy your self a few lurchers no expense spared as when the time comes and money is worthless there will be no tescos or even lorrys on the roads to get products to the markets and iam sure good dogs in your kennels will feed you and your family through the harsh times, Also invest in a couple horses and cart to get you about but the lurchers come 1st

    well sorry i disagree, theres dogs out there that take big numbers of fox that run night after night, i also have bullx s which 1 night on the fox then its a week of just grab em where they can and get bit and in my experiance this is no good,plus the marks and scars bring to much attention to you these days. yea its ok if you do 1 or 2 fox a week but when you looking at good numbers week in week out you need proper thinking dogs unless you got kennels like battersea dogs home to house all your dogs which i havnt,
